    1 tsp ground sage
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    8 lean, boneless pork chops
    1 cup sugar
    2 tbsp corn starch
    1/2 c vinegar
    1/2 cup water
    4 Tbsp soy sauce


In a bowl, combine sage, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub thoroughly over chops and place in crock pot. Cook on high approx. 3 hours.

Cobine sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, water and soy sauce in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally until mixture begins to bubble and thicken slightly. Brush chops with glaze 3 or 4 times during the last 1/2 hour of cooking. Pour remaining glaze over chops and serve.
