    1 16 oz package of frozen mixed vegetables
    2.5 cups of cubed, cooked chicken
    1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    3/4 cup of milk
    1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1.5 cups of biscuit/baking mix
    2/3 cup of milk
    1 2.8 can of French Fried Onions


1. In a large bowl, combine the veggies, chicken, soup, milk and 1 cup cheese and bacon if desired. Pour into an ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish. Cover and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

2. Meanwhile in another bowl, combine buscuit mix and milk. Drop batter by tablespoons onto chicken mixture. Bake uncovered, for 20-22 minuted or until biscuits are golden brown. Top with onions and remaining cheese. Bake 3-4 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.

Yields 6 servings.
