Introduction
Don't be shy about adding your favorite fruit (my fav is blueberries and bananas) or to spice these up in your own way (my mom loves nutmeg)...but anyway you cook it, this will be your favorite pancake recipe! Ingredients

All purpose flour
Baking Powder
Salt
Ground Cinnamon
Canola Oil
Water
Hemp, Rice, or Soy milk
maple syrup
vanilla extract
Directions
*preheat large skillet or griddle for at least 2 minutes
*In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Then make a well in the center to add the oil, water, milk, syrup, and vanilla.
*Mix until combined...lumps are just fine!
*Spray pan with cooking spray (or with a flavored oil...my fav is pumpkin seed oil for a little extra deliciousness). Pour pancakes one at a time and cook until it looks dry and bubbly on top. Flip over, cook another minute, and enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes 8 four-five inch pancakes
