    - 20 cups of turkey broth
    - 1 sm onion
    - corn form 2 fresh ears of corn
    - 1 cup of chopped carrots
    - 1 cup of frozen peas
    - 250 g of red potatoes (about 12 baby potatoes)
    - the meat from 1 turkey breast chopped,
    (from a 20 lb bird), about 20 oz.
    - 1/4 cup flour


Prepare your turkey broth by boiling the turkey bones from a 20 lb bird with enough water to cover. bring to a boil and reduce heat to low to simmer for 1 hour.
Strain out the bones and fat. keeping the broth (about 20 cups).
Chop up your vegetables, 1- small onion, 1 cup of chopped carrots, 250 g. of red potatoes (with skin), remove corn from cob, 1/2 cup of peas and add all to broth. Chop the meat from 1 turkey breast (12 oz). add to soup bring to a boil and lower heat to simmer til veggies are tender. Stirring regularly.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water and add to soup when boiling to thicken.
makes about 30 cups of soup.
