    1 C lobster meat
    1 Tbsp unsalted butter
    1/4 C mushrooms
    1/4 C sherry
    1/8 tsp paprika
    1 Tbsp flour
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 C half and half
    3/4 cup 1% milk


melt butter, cook mushrooms. Add lobster meat, stir till heated. Add sherry and paprika. Cook 2 min.Sprinkle with flour, stir thoroughly. Beat egg yolk with cream/milk and add to the hot liquid, a little at a time, stirring constantly. Cook and stir till smooth and thickened. Spoon into baking dish or custard cups. At this point you can either top with grated cheddar cheese and put it under the broiler to brown, or top with bread crumbs mixed with butter and bake for 10 min at 425 degrees or till brown. These toppings are not figured into the nutrition totals. I use panco bread crumbs, which are lower calories and lower sodium. This serves two.
