Introduction

Great quick and easy tuna salad.

We have a family of five, so this is a large recipe... everyone has plenty, plus left overs!!!

We have a family of five, so this is a large recipe... everyone has plenty, plus left overs!!!

Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    3 large packages of StarKist Chunk-lite Albacore Tuna
    3 oz. of Dill pickle slices (chopped as fine as you like)
    6 TBSP Kraft Mayo made with Olive Oil (reduced fat)
    6 large hard boiled eggs (chopped or sliced how ever you like)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve!!

We enjoy on Orowheat sandwhich thins or RItz Toasted Chips (nutritional info not included)

Also enjoy on a bed of lettuce to be more Carb Concious!!
