    3 T Worcestershire Sauce
    2 T Soy Sauce
    1 T Brown Mustard
    1 t Garlic Powder
    13 oz chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
    1/2 c summer squash (sliced)
    1/2 c Red Bell pepper (chopped large)
    1/2 c Green Pepper (chopped large)
    1/2 c Zucchini (sliced)
    1/2 c Red Onion (chopped large)
    Wooden kabob skewers


Whisk Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown mustard, and garlic powder in small bowl. Pour over cut chicken into a sealed plastic bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Chop vegetables. Slide vegetables and chicken pieces onto wooden kabobs in an alternating pattern (about 5 pieces chicken each)

Grill on med-high heat for about 12-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through, basting with remaining marinade.

Serve with brown rice.

Serving Size: Makes 6 kabob skewers
