    1/3 C old fashioned oats
    1 14-ounce can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
    2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp lime juice
    2 tsp sesame oil
    2 tsp minced garlic
    2 tsp minced ginger
    2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
    2 Tbsp chopped cilantro


In a food processor or blender, grind oats.

Add remaining ingredients and pulse until mixture is combined yet still slightly chunky. Chill mixture for 30 minutes.

Coat a skillet with cooking spray or canola oil and heat over medium-high heat. Score bean mixture into 6 sections and form each portion into a patty. Fry in skillet for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.

Serve on toasted hamburger buns with pineapple or on a salad and serve.
