Ingredients

    1 Pie crust uncooked
    4 Eggs
    6 oz of chicken (cooked and cut into cubes)
    6 oz of spinach, cooked and drained
    1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup of half and half
    1/2 cup of reduced fat mayo
    Mrs. Dash (to taste) or Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Directions

Line the pie crust with some of the cheese. Mix the spinach, chicken and the rest of the cheese together and place in the pie crust. Whisk mayo, eggs, half and half and seasonings then pour over the chicken/spinach mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until slightly brown on top. Remove from oven and let sit for at least 10 mins before serving.
