    Tablespoon Butter
    2 large fresh eggs
    small handful of chopped green olives
    Handful fresh spinach
    1 slice Louis Rich Turkey Bacon
    1/8 cup cooked shredded hash browns
    1/8 cup shredded cheddar
    1/8 cup mushrooms


Melt Butter in small frying pan. Meanwhile, break eggs individually into dish, scramble, then pour into pan. Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients onto one half of the eggs, then close the omelet and continue cooking until no more egg runs.
