    4 medium cucumbers 0r 2 English cucumbers (4 cups sliced)
    2 teaspoons salt
    cup white vinegar
    cup white sugar
    2 tablespoons copped fresh dill ( can use dill seed)
    teaspoon white pepper
    1 teaspoon salt


With sharp knife, cut cucumbers into paper-thin slices, In large bowl, mix slices with 2 teaspoons salt.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour Drain liquid from cucumbers.
Stir in vinegar, sugar, chopped dill ,pepper and 1-teaspoon salt until thoroughly mixed.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate salad atleast 3 hours before serving
