    *Barilla Lasagna (no boil), 3 serving (remove)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Emeril's Italian Seasoning, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Cheesy Ragu Alfredo, 1 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, .5 cup, shredded (remove)
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup (remove)


1. Slice vegetables
2. add 1/4 cup of alfred to greased pan and layer one barilla no boil lasagna noodle.
3. add layer of zucchini and squash (1/2 cup of each) and 1/4 cup of peas.
4. Mix egg and italian seasoning it ricotta and add 1/2 cup of ricotta filling on top of veggie layer. Top with 1/4 cup alfredo and another lasagna noodle.
5. repeat with layer of 1/4 cup alfredo, layer of veggies, and then last 1/2 cup ricotta mixture. Top with a third lasagna noodle and remaining alfredo and mozzarella cheese.
6. bake at 375* for 30 minutes covered and last 15 minutes uncovered.
7. Serves 4!
