    Chicken, no skin 3lbs
    Aji amarillo. 2 tsp (or to taste)
    White bread, 5 slices (no crust)
    Non-fat evaporated milk, 1 can
    salt, tsp
    chicken broth, 1 cup
    Minced garlic, 3 tsp
    Onion, 1 cup, chopped


Boil the chicken. While waiting for the chicken to cook, remove the crust from 5 slices of bread and add to a blender. Add 2 tsp of aji amarillo (more if you enjoy spicer meals) and a can of evaporated milk. Add salt to taste while blending. When the chicken is done, pour a cup of the broth into the blender and mix.

Pull the chicken off the bone and shred. Set asside.

In a large skillet or pot, cook onion and garlic. Once browned, pour the pulled chicken and sauce in. Mix well. Keep stirring until thick.

Traditionally served with baked potato, white rice, and hard boiled egg.
