Quick and easy skillet meal. Quick and easy skillet meal.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 1/4 lbs Chicken breast chopped into chunks
    3 Tbsp Water
    1 Cup Chopped carrots
    12 oz Fresh or frozen green beans
    1 Tsp Onion powder
    1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 Tsp Pepper
    12 oz Velveeta cheese made with 2%
    1 1/2 Cups uncooked brown rice


1.) Cook rice according to package.
2.) In large skillet, cook chicken. Add water, carrots, green beans and spices. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
3.) Add Velveeta and cook until melted and creamy.
4.) Serve over rice.
