    16 os Tilapia fillets
    1 Lb ripe tomato,halved if small quartered if large
    4 Garlic cloves ,thinly sliced
    1Tbsp olive oil (evoo)
    2Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    2Tbsp fresh basil, thinly chopped
    Kosher salt and a pinch of pepper devided.


Pre heat oven to 425.f.
Toss first 5 ingredients in baking dish,season with salt and pepper,spread evenly, bake for 5 min.
Season fish with some salt and pepper,lay down fish on top of tomato mixture,roast in oven forabout 10 - 15 minutes, until fish begins to flake.
aserve with a salad, rice, potatoes or pasta.

Serving Size: serves 4 @ 4oz fillet each
