    1 package sugar free jello cheesecake pudding mix

    1 cup light sour cream

    1 cup sugar free cool whip

    1/2 cup frozen strawberries( unsweetened prefered.. but sweetened will add 150 cal. to the whole pie)

    1/4 cup skim milk


1st. Mix Jello pudding pack to the milk
2nd mix in the sour cream
3rd fold in the strawberries( or can save to put on top of the pie)
4th fold in cool whip.
5th put mixture in pie shell and chill for a few hours

yeilds 8 servings

  • I used fat free yogurt in place of the sour cream and it was fantastic! This is a great way to get both fruit and calcium without the fat! - 4/21/08
