    * Carrots, raw, 145 grams
    * Onions, raw, 206 grams
    * Cauliflower, raw, 343 grams
    * Green Beans (snap), 110 grams
    * *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 18 oz
    * *Lundberg Wild Blend Brown Rice-2 cups cooked
    * *Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth, 4 cup
    * Vegetable Broth, 3 cup
    * *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup
    * *Salt - Table - 2 tsp
    * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp


Chop carrots, green beans, cauliflower. Steam until soft. Cook ground turkey and chopped onion. Drain. Add vegies to ground turkey in large pot. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and heat until cheese melts.
