Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 Chinese Cabbage
    Handful of radishes
    1 onion
    bunch of fresh cilandro
    1 red chilli
    1 green chilli
    2 cm pice of ginger
    2 limes
    couple of drops of semame oil

Directions

Shred radishes, cabbage and onions in the food processor and put into the serving bowl
Use the food processor to chop the coriander/cilandro, chillis and ginger and add to the cabbage
add the juice if the 2 limes and a few drops of sesame oil
add salt

mix well
