    1 cup cooked black beans
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper


Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until almost smooth. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving

**NOTE: Feel free to use refried black beans, which will decrease your cook time to zero. It will also make for a smoother hummus, but you will need to add an additional 1/4 cup - 1/5 cup of beans, so it's not runny.

**Serving size is based on using refried black beans, which should still be comparable to regular black beans.
