Introduction

These are very easy and very tasty. These are very easy and very tasty.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2/3 cup nonfat milk
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 egg
    2 cups Bisquick mix
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh spinach
    3/4 cup Cheddar cheese grated
    2 tablespoons chopped green onions


Directions

Makes 12 muffins

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 12 muffin tins.

Beat milk, oil and egg in medium bowl until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown; cool slightly. Remove from pan. Serve warm.
