Ingredients

    1 pack (envelop) Onion Soup MIx Envelop, 40 grams
    1 cup water
    1 Tbsp Corn Starch,
    Mushrooms, 0.5 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped

Directions

Take one envelop of Onion Soup Mix, add one cup of water and bring to a boil. Take the corn starch add a little water and smooth out any lumps, and wisk into the boiling soup. Once thickend turn heat to low, and add the fresh mushrooms and onion.

Serving Size: 4 servings (1/4 cup - depending on how thick)
