Ingredients

    16 oz whole wheat thin spaghetti
    l.5 ts minced garlic
    1 TB olive oil
    2 tsp sea salt
    1 can rotel
    8 oz fat free sour cream
    1 10.5 oz can fat free cr. of mushroom soup
    8 oz lowfat cheddar cheese shredded
    8 oz part-skim mozzarella shredded
    16 oz. shredded chicken


Directions

boil water, salt, garlic, olive oil. add spaghetti and cook about 10 minutes. remove from heat and drain.
In a bowl mix rotel, soup, sour cream, add in chicken and mozzarella. pour over spaghetti and mix together. Mix in half of cheddar cheese and then sprinkle the remainder on top.
