Number of Servings: 6


    5 cups diced rhubarb (if frozen, thaw but don't drain)
    1 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons flour

    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup butter


Preheat oven to 375. Combine the rhubarb, 1 cup regular sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Pour into bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. Mix the remaining ingredients until it takes on a crumbly texture. Sprinkle over the fruit and bake for 30 -35 minutes or until top is golden.
