Spin on Zucchini Parmegian Spin on Zucchini Parmegian
Number of Servings: 1


    1 cup Zucchini slices (fresh)
    1 Tb Country Crock with Calcium
    2 oz Mozzarella Cheese (part skim milk), shredded
    1/2 cup Classico Florentine Spinach & Cheese Sauce


1. Melt Butter in microwave
2. Arrange zucchini slices in cast iron skillet
3. Pour butter over zucchini slices
4. Cook over medium heat until zucchini is tender
5. Heat sauce in microwave and pour over zucchini
6. Top with shredded mozzarella. Serve Hot.
