    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp ground white pepper
    1/4 tsp ground coriander
    1/8 tsp ground red pepper
    1 lb flank steak

    1 1/2 cp diced red and yellow tomato
    2 tbsp sliced green onions
    4 tsp fresh chopped oregano
    1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tsp red wine vinegar
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper


1) Preheat grill to medium-high heat

2) Combine 1st 6 ingredients in small bowl and then rub into steak on both sides

3) Place steak on preheated grill and cook for 6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

4) Let rest for 5 minutes and then cut diagonally across grain into thin slices

5) Combine 1 1/2 cp tomato and remaining ingredients to create salsa. Serve over steak.

***used cooking spray on grill to keep steak from sticking
