    I don't measure exactly 1/4 teaspoon of the spices, just a dash.


Combine oatmeal, milk and water in a saucepan over low heat. Add the banana in slices or diced, whichever you prefer, sprinkle with suncrystals (or sweetener) and spices. Cook over low stirring frequently until thickened and to desired consistency. Because this recipe uses double the liquid called for on the oatmeal packaging, it may take up to twice as long to cook to desired consistency. It's well worth the wait!!
