    4 Pork loin steaks
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 cup fresh Blackberries
    1 medium cooking apple, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    2 tbsp Crab Apple Jelly
    tsp fresh Rosemary, finely chopped


Heat oil in a lidded frying pan, and brown pork
Add fruit, and continue to stir
Stir in all other ingredients, and simmer until pork is tender
Season if needed and serve
