    3 tbs butter
    3 tbs flour
    3 Morningstar Farms sausage patties cooked and torn into small pieces
    1.5 cups milk
    salt and pepper to taste


cook sausage patties and remove form skillet
melt butter and add flour blend flour and butter to form roux
add sausage
add milk adn cook over low flame till desired consistancy ( add more or less milk to your preference)

makes 6 servings
serving size 1/4 c

    So as long as you use vegan margarine instead of butter, and soy, rice or other plant based "milk" instead of cow's milk, it's vegan. - 5/7/09
