Ingredients

    1Cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 C. skim milk
    3 Tbls. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. reduced sodium Tamari soy sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. whole wheat elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed and drained
    1 C. chopped celery
    1/4 C. chopped onion (green)
    2 C. cooked, deveined and coarsely chopped shrimp

Directions

Place the first six ingredients into a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour cottage cheese mixture over shrimp, pasta and vegetables. Toss to coat. Chill.
