    6 eggs
    2 cups oil
    4 cups sugar
    6 cups flour
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 Tbs vanilla extract
    4 cups grated zucchini


Heat oven to 350 degress. Combine eggs, oil, and sugar and vanilla. mix until combined well. Add salt, baking soda, baking powder, and zucchini and mix. Slower add in flour until all combined. grease and flour your loaf pans. Add mixture 2/3rds of the way full. Cook in oven for about 1 hour and 15 mins. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool.
