    1 oz Scallions, sliced
    5 oz Red Onion, medium slices
    8 oz Zucchini, halved and sliced
    4 oz Mushrooms
    3 oz Celery, sliced
    16 oz Chicken, cut into small strips
    2 TBSP Vegetable Oil
    2 TBSP Oyster Sauce


Heat a large pan and start oil in it. Cook chicken until almost done. Add other ingredients and stir-fry until cooked. Finally, add Oyster sauce and toss to coat. Salt & Pepper to taste.

Serve over Rice.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of 7.25 oz each.
