Ingredients

    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
    2 tsp. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    ½ cup crushed dry roasted nuts

    I substitute fat free cream cheese and 1% milk for this recipe to make it healthier!

Directions

Soften cream cheese to around room temp. Crush peanuts. Mix ingredients (except apples) together, chill. Serve as a dip for the apple slices. Makes 8 servings of 4 apple slices each, assuming you cut each apple into 8 slices.
