    16 oz frozen spinach
    1/4 large onion, chopped
    1/2lb bacon, chopped


Cook bacon to render fat in a skillet, add onion. While onion gets soft cook spinach in microwave and drain, then add spinach to skillet and cook until everything is coated and mixed well. Serve.
