80 gms protein powder (GNC Women's)
1 cup water
1 ex-lg egg
1 cup Pamela's Baking & Pancake mix
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup strawberries
1 tbsp margarine
.5 cup Maple Syrup
Directions
mix all ingredients together except the margarine and maple syrup. Pre-heat pan on medium, add margarine
and pour in 1/2 mixture in 2 pancakes.
flip once, when ready and then plate and add maple syrup.
