This is a cross between a Greek and an Antipasto Pasta Salad. This is a cross between a Greek and an Antipasto Pasta Salad.

    12 oz Healthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini Style
    1 small red onion, diced
    1 medium stalk celery, diced
    15 Kalamata olives, chopped (4 tbsp.)
    1 small red bell pepper, small dice
    1/2 cup Kraft fat free Italian salad dressing
    3 oz President crumbled feta (found in Kroger stores)


Cook pasta according to package instructions. When cooked to desired tenderness, drain and rinse in cool water, I fill the pan with cold water and let the pasta sit 2 minutes. Drain the pasta and let it sit in the colander for 5 minutes.
While pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables.
When pasta is completely drained, add the vegetables and feta and toss well.
Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to blend together.

Serving Size: 8 1-cup servings
