Ground turkey burgers with mushroom and onion and spinach Ground turkey burgers with mushroom and onion and spinach
Number of Servings: 4


    20 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey (1 pkg)
    1/8 cup Egg Beaters
    3 TBSP A1 steak Sauce
    1 cup Chopped Fresh Mushrooms
    1/2 cup Diced Red Onion
    2/3 cup frozen spinach, thawed, drained and pressed dry
    1 tsp Lawry's Season Salt
    4 Village Hearth Light Wheat Buns


Preheat oven to 350d
Line a baking sheet with foil and place a baking rack on top of sheet.
Mix all ingredients (except buns) in a large mixing bowl.
Shape mixture into 4 patties
Place patties on baking rack and bake for 15 minutes.
Turn patties over and bake another 15 minutes
Serve on bun
* Can be garnished with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, etc. (Not in nutritional info)
