Introduction

HUBBY LOVED THIS! I made the meat into 1 inch balls but can easily be made into burger patties. HUBBY LOVED THIS! I made the meat into 1 inch balls but can easily be made into burger patties.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.25 lb ground turkey, 93% lean
    1/2 cup original panko crumbs, filled up to 1/4 in from top
    1 splash (~1 tsp) olive oil
    1 tsp lawry's season salt
    1/4 tsp kosher salt
    1/2 tsp ground pepper

Directions

1 Mix all ingredients with hands, trying not to overmix too much.
2) Form into 1 inch balls, again trying not to smush too much, then let sit in the fridge for half hour to several hours.
3) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray balls with PAM then place PAM side down on baking sheet.
4) Brush tops of balls lightly with chipotle mayo then bake for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes around 22 1 inch balls or 4 burger patties
