    3 ears of corn
    1/4 c flour
    1/4 c parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    salt & pepper


Grate corn into bowl. Add flour, egg, parmesan, salt & pepper.
Heat butter in pan, add batter by 1/4 cupful, spread out gently. Cook until browned on both sides.
