    English Muffin, Light Multigrain, 1 serving
    Smoked Salmon (lox), 1 oz
    Turkey Bacon (1 slice)
    Cream cheese 95% fat free, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick)


Cook bacon slice according package directions, either in the microwave or in a pan. Once cool enough to handle, chop into small pieces.

In a small dish, combine cream cheese with smoked salmon, chopped bacon, onion, and cucumber until mixed well.

Split muffin into halve and head or toast halves.

Spread cream cheese mixture over half of the English muffin. Top with the tomato slice.

Finish it all off with the other muffin half, press down firmly.
