Breakfast burrito with a yogurt and apple on the side. Breakfast burrito with a yogurt and apple on the side.
Number of Servings: 1


    1 medium onion
    2 tsp Mrs. Dash
    1/2 c fresh mushrooms
    1 10" flour tortilla
    1 6oz light Yogurt
    1 medium apple
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp olive oil


mince up onion and saute in mrs. dash and olive oil for a few minutes, add in the mushrooms and cook til tender. Scramble the two eggs in a bowl and mix them into the frying pan and scramble til cooked. heat up tortilla and fill with egg scramble and top with cheese, roll up, and cook in the frying pan on each side pressing the tortilla if you like. serve with the yogurt and apple on the side and a big glass of water.
