Number of Servings: 6

    2 large onions
12 oz of center cut pork chops, fat trimmed off, diced into small bite size pieces
2 16 oz bags of frozen sugar snap stir fry veggies
    1 small can water chestnuts
16 oz can of bean sprouts
8 oz can of mushrooms, stems & pieces
    1 tbsp of soy sauce
2 or 3 tbsp of corn starch

I also do this with skinless, boneless chicken breasts and it is wonderful. Will also work with a lean beef steak.

1. Saute onions in a large frying pan or dutch oven until nearly cooked through
2. Add sliced pieces of pork, stir fry til cooked through.
3. Add frozen stir fry veggies, I use sugar snap but there are other combos out there with about the same calorie count.
4. When veggies are almost heated through, add mushrooms, water chestnuts and bean sprouts.
5. When it is well heated through, make a mixture of water, soy sauce and corn starch. Make a "well" in the middle of the stir fry. Add soy sauce/corn starch mixture into the "well" and then combine with rest of stir fry and heat til it thickens.

Makes 6 servings.
