Yummy Thai Seafood Soup. Yummy Thai Seafood Soup.
Number of Servings: 3


    250 grams mixed seafood (mussels,scallops,shrimps,and calamari)
    100 grams mushroom
    3 cups chicken stock or water
    1 teaspoon thinly sliced ginger
    4 one-nich stalks of lemon grass
    4 kaffir lime leaves,torn in half
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1 teaspoon fish sauce
    1/2 tespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon cilantro


Bring chicken stock into a boil,add lemongrass,kaffir lime leaves,and sliced ginger. Season Potak with lime juice , fish sauce and sugar . Lastly add mushroom and seafood *until cooked .Garnish soup with cilantro before serving. You may spice Potak with fresh crushed Thai chili. Tip:if you prefer a clearer broth , you might want to blanch seafood before adding them into the soup . To prevent overcooked,add shrimps and calamari last.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings of about 1 cup each.
