    1.5 lb stew meat
    1/4 c all-purpose flour
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t ground black pepper
    1 t garlic powder
    1 bayleaf
    1 t paprika
    1 t Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c low sodiom, fat free beef broth
    4 med. potatoes peeled and cut up
    4 carrots sliced
    2 stalks of celery, chopped


1. Place meat into slow cooker. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt and pepper. Pour over the stew meat, stir to coat the meat with the flour mixture. Stir in garlic powder, bayleaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots and celery.

2. Cover and cook on low setting for 10-12 hrs or on high setting for 4-6 hrs. Enjoy!
