Number of Servings: 4


    Mushrooms, fresh, 8 medium, halved
    Onions, raw,1/2 large, chopped coarsely
    Garlic, 3 cloves, whack 'em and toss 'em in
    1 Pepper, sweet, red or yellow, small
    Zucchini, baby, 3 medium cut into chunks
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    salt and pepper


Put veggies on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and shake on a bit of (sea) salt. Mix with your hands and put in oven (350-400) for about 1/2 hour to 45 mins. Put on pepper to taste afterward, as pepper can scorch.
I know these directions seem vague, but it's convenient to go by look and taste when you've got other stuff in the oven like I do right now.
4 is pretty big servings.
