    1 lb Chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 med Green Bell Pepper, cut in strips
    1 med Red Bell Pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 med red onion, cut in strips


Slice the chicken, start it cooking in a non stick skillet while you slice the veggies. When the meat is almost done, place the vegetables into a seperate skillet if you want the meat and vegetables sepseate, or in the sme one if you want to mix them. Cook vegetables until tender-crisp.

Serve on tortillas, or bread of your choice.
