    Avocados 1 fruit, thick slices
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, thick slices
    Onions, raw, 1 slice slightly thinner than avocado & tomato
    Hummus, 4 tbsp homemade or store bought
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp (
    Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread 2 slices
    Lemon, Freshly squeezed
    Optional: Sprouts (can add to sandwich or substitute for onion)


How to Slice an Avocado:
Cut down the middle and around the avocado into two halves
remove seed with back of spoon
Slice avocado while in skin and use spoon or knife to remove slices from skin.
Squeeze lemon juice over avocado slices (to preserve) I recommend squeezing lemon juice over avocado before removing it from the skin. Easy cleanup.
Wash and slice tomatoes, avocados about the same size (thick slices)
Onions sliced slightly thinner or substituted with sprouts
Place tomatoes, onions on one slice of bread
Place avocado on other slice of bread
Sprinkle both halves with generous amount of turmeric
Place two towers on top of each other ...like sandwich...
Allow to sit on counter for 10 minutes or more.
