    *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .3 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Raspberries, 1 cup (remove)
    Ross, White Chocolate Bar, 1.2 oz, .5 serving (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)


Preset the oven temperature to 400 degrees and line muffin cups with paper liners.
Place the baking mix, chocolate chips, 1/3 cup of sugar, milk and oil into a large mixing bowl.
Add the egg and blend until the mixture is just moistened.
Fold in the raspberries.
Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full of the batter.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow the muffins to cool 2 minutes before removing from the pan.
Dip each muffin top into the melted butter.
Sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
