Introduction
I made this tonight for the first time and WOW!! Starting to think I'm a pro cook...The combination is so yummy! I only made one serving so double it up according to how many Salmon fillets you have. Ingredients

Salmon Fillet:
1 Atlantic Salmon fillet
2 tsp Streamline Reduced Sugar Blackcurrant Jam
1 tbsp Lime juice
Asparagus:
75g Small Asparagus Spears
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp Sesame seeds
Directions
Salmon fillet:
1. Cook the Salmon on a non-stick pan until almost done (salmon is done when it flakes when tested with a fork.)
2. Add the blackcurrant jam on top of the salmon and let the salmon finish cooking.
Asparagus:
1. Place asparagus in a seperate medium saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook until tender but firm.
2. Discard the water and add sesame oil and garlic to the asparagus. Saute the mixture for a few minutes then add sesame seeds.
Serving Size: Single serving
