    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    Salt and pepper
    1/3 cup hot pepper sauce
    4 multigrain rolls
    4 tbsp lowfat blue cheese dressing
    4 lettuce leaves
    4 tomato slices


Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat each with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Pour hot pepper sauce in a plastic bag. Shake cooked chicken breasts in bag.
Place each coated breast on a roll. Top with a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, and 1 Tbsp of dressing.

  • I love this recipe! It was sooooo good! I would love to try it with avocado like someone else said. Mine was very spicy, so maybe I'll just brush on the hot sauce next time. :) But, all in all--- wonderful! - 8/3/09

  • I made this for my family and we loved it. I will definitely make it again. For my kids' sandwiches I didn't put the chicken in the bag with the hot sauce. I just put hot sauce on their sandwiches depending on how hot they like things. This is definitely going to be one of my regular recipes. - 1/25/09

  • cant wait to try this I love buffalo chicken. I even take ranch dressing and mix it with buffalo wing sauce and keep it in a bottle its the best even thought i dont think its good for you - 11/3/08

  • A hit at my house too! Slicing chic breasts in half prior to cooking makes it easier to eat. Used the actual reduced fat blue cheese instead of the dressing AND I substituted those new 100% whole wheat sandwich thins for the buns to up the protein. Real keeper with my picky teens! - 10/22/08

  • Wow! this was really good, a real hit with the family. It was quick to make and yummy! I did cheat and drizzled the chicken breasts with 2 tbls of butter, before dipping them into the bread crumbs, but next time I will try it without. This is a much healhier, tastier alternative to the fried chicken - 10/20/08
