I love this recipe! It was sooooo good! I would love to try it with avocado like someone else said. Mine was very spicy, so maybe I'll just brush on the hot sauce next time. :) But, all in all--- wonderful! - 8/3/09

I made this for my family and we loved it. I will definitely make it again. For my kids' sandwiches I didn't put the chicken in the bag with the hot sauce. I just put hot sauce on their sandwiches depending on how hot they like things. This is definitely going to be one of my regular recipes. - 1/25/09

A hit at my house too! Slicing chic breasts in half prior to cooking makes it easier to eat. Used the actual reduced fat blue cheese instead of the dressing AND I substituted those new 100% whole wheat sandwich thins for the buns to up the protein. Real keeper with my picky teens! - 10/22/08

This was excellent! Made it for dinner last night and we all enjoyed it. I pounded the breast flat, then rinsed them off to get the crumbs to stick. Super easy and yummy!!! - 10/21/08

Wow! this was really good, a real hit with the family. It was quick to make and yummy! I did cheat and drizzled the chicken breasts with 2 tbls of butter, before dipping them into the bread crumbs, but next time I will try it without. This is a much healhier, tastier alternative to the fried chicken - 10/20/08

  • Would this work if I were to put the chicken breasts in the crockpot and let them simmer in there for the day? It sounds like it would be delicious if it was made into pulled chicken buffalo sandwhiches...Mmmm...I've gotta try this! - 10/20/08

I've made this, but I used the pre-cooked chicken breast pieces (Perdue?) & just tossed them with hot sauce & ICBINB Spray (tastes more like 'real' buff. wing sauce), microwaved for a minute, & served on whole-grain rolls. Serve w/carrots & celery sticks w/some dressing for dipping. Fast&Easy! - 10/20/08

My husband and I both LOVED this recipe. A few minor changes were made: we had large chicken breasts so I cooked it about 30-35 minutes instead, I coated the chicken with olive oil and then the breadcrumbs, I brushed the hot sauce on instead of using the bag, and used ranch. It was WONDERFUL! - 4/14/08

Instead of going to Wendy's for a spicy chicken sandwich, make this! I used whole wheat English muffins in place of the buns, and Caesar dressing instead of the blue cheese dressing, as that is what I had at the time. Delicious! - 3/17/07

Made these a few times now and they are great! I use full chicken breast not the halves. And for the breading I use both bread crumbs and wheat germ for some of the good fibre it adds. - 3/10/07
